In honor of National Doughnut Day on Friday, Krispy Kreme is offering free doughnuts — no coupon needed

Yet another doughnut emporium heard from.

In honor of National Doughnut Day, Friday, June 1, Krispy Kreme is offering a free doughnut of any variety. No purchase necessary. You don’t even need a coupon. Just walk in and ask.

National Doughnut Day was established in 1938 by The Salvation Army to raise funds for people in need during the The Great Depression, and is observed every year on the first Friday in June.
